Refrain from sweets, sodas, and desserts. Please give sacrificially to the Lord’s work Eat fruits, vegetables, nuts, whole grains, and healthily prepared chicken / fish. Drink water and juices. Eat one meal after 12pm. Please maintain medicine schedule as prescribed by your doctor. Please consult your physician for wise eating principles

-To pray for our country, the leadership, and the hearts and minds of people everywhere
-Praying for resources concerning our daycare
